Rowan House is a large comfortable suburban home surrounded by lawns and attractive gardens, set against a back-drop of shrubs and trees, with an outdoor swimming pool tucked away in a sheltered corner.

Close to Christchurch International Airport, so a great place to stay on arrival or departure from Christchurch.

Hidden from the street on a back section, it is very quiet and free from traffic noise.
We have two rooms available for guests, each with a modern en-suite bathroom and each with an outdoor terrace. Also available for guests to use is a small Lounge complete with TV etc.

About Us
Your hosts, Patricia and Winton (Pat and Win) enjoy meeting people. We will do all we can to make your stay comfortable, happy and memorable.
Win is a retired electrical engineer but is active with a variety of interests. Pat was a teacher and is still regularly teaching children with learning disabilities, on a one to one basis.
We have both travelled widely and are interested to meet fellow travellers. We have a good knowledge of NZ and are happy to help you plan your trip if required.
